Some say the panoramic views of the Teton Range from the Mural Dining Room at Jackson Lake Lodge are the finest in any National Park. Blue Heron Lounge is where guests enjoy a beverage with some good food while relaxing on the deck and watching the wildlife beneath a Teton sunset. Voted as the “best watering hole – human division” by the National Park Foundation, the Blue Heron Lounge offers a casual dining rendezvous for friends who are weary from an adventurous day in Grand Teton National Park.
At the Pioneer Grill, enjoy a less formal setting. The Pioneer Grill offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a classic 1950’s-style service. The Pioneer Grill at Jackson Lake Lodge is one of the oldest and rumored to be the longest continual counter, creating a friendly atmosphere where guests interact with travelers and employees from around the world. While not in conversation, you can gaze at the authentic pioneer artifacts on display. Generous portions include classic American food like buffalo burgers and pan-seared rainbow trout, hot sandwiches, and timeless classics like homemade meat loaf or homemade chili. Take-out service is also available if you prefer to relax back at your room underneath the pines on your patio or on your balcony enjoying the view of the Teton mountain range. Think of the Jackson Lake Lodge Pool BBQ as one of those roads less traveled, where only the locals can point you to a hidden treasure. Let the kids splash in the pool or play on the playground as you relax in the shade of the pine trees. Daytime fare includes tacos, burritos and salads from the full-service, outdoor cafe. When in Grand Teton National Park no trip is complete without a hike. From leisurely strolls to heart-pounding hikes, get out and stretch your legs. Breathe in the fresh mountain air while exploring the grandeur of the Tetons. Several hikes are located close to Jackson Lake Lodge.
