The health and safety of our guests and employees is always our top priority, and this commitment has never been more important than during the current COVID-19 global pandemic. We have implemented extensive protocols across our locations to help prevent the spread of coronavirus, compliant with the American Hotel & Lodging Association’s Safe Stay guidelines. We also ask that, as our guest, you act as a partner in ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

STEPS WE'RE TAKING TO ENSURE GUEST AND EMPLOYEE HEALTH & SAFETY

  • Employees utilizing masks and/or gloves where appropriate
  • Increased cleaning and sanitization of guest and employee areas
  • Discontinuing stay-over housekeeping service (daily service while the same guests are utilizing the room for multiple nights), and sanitizing all surfaces between every cabin guest
  • Installing plexiglass barriers in retail outlets and other locations
  • Limiting occupancy in our retail stores and other buildings

WHAT WE REQUEST OF YOU AS OUR GUEST

  • All individuals aged six (6) and over are required to wear a mask or cloth face covering when inside, in line, or gathered for services at our public facilities, or any time social distancing is not possible when interacting with our employees.
  • Please do not enter our public facilities if you show any signs or symptoms of illness. Symptomatic guests should wear a face covering when leaving their room.
  • Follow recommended social distancing guidelines and maintain a minimum of six feet between yourself and others not in your traveling party.
  • Please wear a mask or cloth face covering when entering indoor public facilities.
  • Wash your hands with soap and water frequently, and use sanitizer stations available throughout our locations when hand washing is not possible.
  • Respect guidance/directions on all posted signs, as well as any related requests from our team members.
  • Be aware of and adhere to all state and local health orders and recommendations. Current information for Teton County can be found here.
  • Note that maintenance personnel are not permitted to enter occupied rooms unless it is an emergency.

LIMITED OPERATIONS

As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and in response to guidance from the National Park Service as well as recommendations from the CDC and local and national health authorities, housing our large number of seasonal employees in shared dorm rooms is not currently possible. Because of reduced staffing and other local, state, and federal guidance, operations for the 2020 season have been limited or adjusted. This includes not offering guided activities, in-restaurant dining, or stayover housekeeping service for cabins, as well as the temporary closure of many facilities. The following provides information on operations for the 2020 summer season. As conditions allow, we will work with the National Park Service to expand our services, and will keep our website updated with any changes.
