The health and safety of our guests and employees is always our top priority, and this commitment has never been more important than during the current COVID-19 global pandemic. We have implemented extensive protocols across our locations to help prevent the spread of coronavirus, compliant with the American Hotel & Lodging Association’s Safe Stay guidelines. WHAT WE REQUEST OF YOU AS OUR GUEST
As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and in response to guidance from the National Park Service as well as recommendations from the CDC and local and national health authorities, housing our large number of seasonal employees in shared dorm rooms is not currently possible. Because of reduced staffing and other local, state, and federal guidance, operations for the 2020 season have been limited or adjusted. This includes not offering guided activities, in-restaurant dining, or stayover housekeeping service for cabins, as well as the temporary closure of many facilities. The following provides information on operations for the 2020 summer season. As conditions allow, we will work with the National Park Service to expand our services, and will keep our website updated with any changes.
Area Operations and Hours
Facilities open seven days a week except where otherwise noted. Hours subject to change.
Motorboat rentals and lake cruises are not operating at this time. Canoe and kayak rentals are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Guided fly fishing is available for advanced reservations.

The medical clinic located at Jackson Lake Lodge is closed this season.
