Coronavirus Update

These are unprecedented times, and as the situation across the U.S. and around the world continues to evolve, so must we. Due to the extraordinary impact of the current global pandemic, and the disruption it has caused not only to travel, but to people’s daily lives, we at Grand Teton Lodge Company—in partnership with the National Park Service and in consideration of current CDC guidance on gathering size—have made the difficult decision to delay our opening for the summer 2020 season.

Our current plan (subject to change) is to phase in the openings of our properties as follows:

Headwaters at Flagg Ranch Cabins and RV Park - Monday, June 1, 2020
Jackson Lake Lodge - Friday, June 5, 2020
Colter Bay Village Cabins and RV Park - Monday, June 8, 2020
Jenny Lake Lodge - Monday, June 15, 2020

If your stay is booked for dates impacted by a delayed opening, no action is required on your part. We will be automatically cancelling your reservation without penalty and issuing full refunds of any deposits paid beginning on Monday, March 30, 2020. We appreciate your patience as we work through the processing of refunds. If you do not want your reservation cancelled and wish to apply your deposit to a future stay, please contact us prior to March 30, 2020 at 307-543-3100 or GTLCreservations@vailresorts.com to reschedule your visit.
