Meeting Activities

Grand Teton National Park is an outdoor playground. Needless to say, there is more adventure and activities than most guests can fit into a single visit. The variety in leisure, group, and extreme activities offers something for everyone attending your conference. Our staff is happy to tailor an activity plan that will more than satisfy your group or team members. Call 307-543-3005 for more information about group activites.

lake cruise

Lake Cruise

Food always tastes better outdoors, and nowhere is this truer than on a breakfast or dinner lake cruise at Jackson Lake. After a narrated tour across the lake, where you are inundated with local history and folklore, guests are seated at our private meal site on Elk Island—an exclusive location on Jackson Lake. Here, literally in the shadow of Mount Moran, you will experience a cowboy meal unequalled in the Park. After the meal, you can take time to wander the island or soak in the campfire ambiance before cruising back to the Colter Bay Village Marina. Non-meal cruises are also available
 group horse back riding

Horseback Riding

No trip to the Old West is complete without a horseback ride through Grand Teton National Park. Seeing the magnificent Teton views from horseback, the same way the early explorers traveled, will create a lasting connection between you and the Grand Teton landscape.

Colter Bay Village Breakfast or Dinner Wagon Ride

Join us for a western themed Wagon Ride. Take part in this historic horse drawn wagon trail journey into Grand Teton National Park wilderness.  The wagon departs from Colter Bay Village Corrals every Monday through Saturday and travels through the scenic Willow Flats area. Breakfast offers a variety of western cuisine including; pancakes, breakfast potatoes, bacon, scrambled eggs, and hot Cowboy Coffee to start your morning out right. Your mountain dinner includes all natural local Wyoming beef patty on a bed of thinly sliced Idaho potato, onions and carrots, wrapped in foil and cooked on the bonfire, salad, cowboy beans, corn on the cob, rolls, hot chocolate, tea, s'mores, and our famous Cowboy Coffee.  Vegetarian meal options are available as well.

Snake River Rafting Trips

A guided Wild and Scenic Raft Trip down the Snake River is by far one of the top activities not to miss. For ten miles along the Snake River, our guides will show you amazing Teton views, share in-depth knowledge about the local flora and fauna, and often you’ll get a close-up view of wildlife, including bald eagle, moose, bison, elk, osprey, and beavers. To make your Wild and Scenic Raft Trip even more memorable, try our lunch or dinner Snake River trips—where we stop along the way at a private meal site at the Snake River Overlook.
