Your menu includes local delicacies such as  buffalo carpaccio with maytag blue cheese and Huckleberry Pancakes. The Dining Room serves breakfast, lunch, and a 5-course dinner with an award-winning wine list. Breakfast and dinner are included with your stay, and dinner menus rotate nightly. Lunch is available daily and is a unique opportunity for those passing through the Park to experience this exquisite dining destination.
