| EnvisionTM Employees Our employees determine our success. They are the face of Grand Teton Lodge Company. They deserve our commitment to a comprehensive health and safety program. It all starts with training. We hire more than 1,000 new employees each year. The in-depth training process allows employees to understand and adopt our commitment to the environment, identify health and safety issues, and learn far beyond their specific job requirements. In fact, we have partnered with the University of Wyoming to create a program where employees earn a hospitality certificate by attending training and other classes onsite at Grand Teton Lodge Company locations. In addition to training, the following guidelines direct our health and safety program: A corporate health and safety policy Identification and prioritization of regulatory requirements A formal health and safety management team and employee committee Well-defined health and safety system parameters Clear recognition of operational hazards and risks Comprehensive training and documentation A companywide safety incentive program |
