It all starts with training. We hire more than 1,000 new employees each year. The in-depth training process allows employees to understand and adopt our commitment to the environment, identify health and safety issues, and learn far beyond their specific job requirements.

In fact, we have partnered with the University of Wyoming to create a program where employees earn a hospitality certificate by attending training and other classes onsite at Grand Teton Lodge Company locations.
