Blue Heron

Originally intended as a social gathering location, the menu at the Blue Heron Lounge grew out of popularity—as guests enjoyed a beverage while relaxing on the deck and watching the wildlife beneath a Teton sunset. Voted as the “best watering hole – human division” by the National Park Foundation, the Blue Heron Lounge offers a casual dining rendezvous for friends who are weary from an adventurous day in Grand Teton National Park. Chef Vishwatej Nath’s newly introduced concept includes delectable’s  small bite lunch offerings and tapas style finger food small plates for dinner showcasing new fusion cuisines and dishes.
