In and Around Grand Teton National Park
Historically, the reference of a “hole” defined the valley location a particular fur trapper would use. Davy Jackson called our valley area home and traders of his era referred to this valley as “Jackson’s Hole”. Today the reference has been simplified to “Jackson Hole”, but the colorful history and abundant valley provide guests with a location ideal for vacationing. |
