HR Live Dorm 2

Employees living in the employee villages are housed in dormitories with other employees. Seasonal employees at Jackson Lake Lodge and Colter Bay Village are housed in furnished dorms with central inside bathrooms. Employees at Jenny Lake Lodge are housed in cabins with bathroom facilities nearby. All employees share a room with one or more fellow employees. Some rooms and cabins accommodate up to four people. **

Dorm housing is provided at no charge with laundry facilities, linens and limited wireless internet.  Employees are encouraged not to bring valuable personal possessions as they may be difficult to secure.

  • All dorm employees are charged a weekly meal program fee of $70 which includes three meals a day at our employee cafeteria. Because there are no cooking facilities in the dorms, this fee is not optional.
  • All employees living in the dorms must be at least 18 years old, therefore there are no facilities for families with children.
  • All dorms are pet and smoking free.
  • Overnight visitors are not permitted in the employee villages.
  • Firearms and fireworks are not allowed in the employee villages, employee RV park or in employee housing.

Dorm Housing/Confirmation Deposit – New employees must submit a $100 housing/confirmation deposit when they send in their reply notification. Returning employees pay their deposits through payroll deductions upon arrival. All new and returning employees living in the dorms are required to pay the security deposit. This is an individual per person fee. Deposits secure your space in housing and are then converted to a housing damage deposit, and may be refunded on a separate check following proper completion of the check-out process and depending in the condition of your room upon departure.

Housing regulations are strictly enforced and if you are not willing to adhere to these requirements, please do not apply.

**In order to live in the employee dorms or employee RV park all individuals must be employed by Grand Teton Lodge Company. Any exceptions may only be approved by the Vice President.
