The best time apply for summer positions starts December/January and goes through approximately May. Remember, the early bird gets the work, so apply early.
How do I apply?

You will receive an email upon successful submission of your application. If you don’t receive the confirmation email, please check your junk or spam folder.
How soon will I be contacted regarding employment?
Depending on the number of applicants for a position it may take a couple of days or a couple of weeks for a hiring manager to contact you. All applicants are contacted either through email or by phone.
What do I do if I am applying with a friend/family member?
We do our best to accommodate requests for people who apply together.
What are the wages and hours?

I have submitted my application, how long until I hear from someone?
If the Hiring Manager of the position for which you are applying would like to speak with you further, they will call or email you. This process could take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months, depending on how early/late it is in the recruiting season.
How do I get there?
By Car:
Refer to MapQuest for exact directions to Moran, WY.
From Salt Lake City, Utah (approximately 340 miles):
I-15 to Idaho Falls. Highway 26 to Swan Valley. Highway 31 over Pine Creek Pass to Victor. Highway 22 over Teton Pass, through Wilson to Jackson. If you would like to avoid the 10% grade of Teton Pass, take Highway 26 from Idaho Falls to Swan Valley. Continue on Highway 26 to Alpine Junction. Highway 26/89 to Hoback Junction. Highway 191 to Jackson. From Jackson, continue on Highway 89 (Broadway). Turn Left onto Cache and follow Highway 89 approximately 30 miles to Moran Junction. Turn Left into Grand Teton National Park. Drive 5 miles until you see Jackson Lake Lodge on your left.
From Denver, Colorado (approximately 500 miles):
I-25N to Fort Collins, Highway 287 North to Laramie. I-80W to Rawlins. Highway 287 to Muddy Gap Junction. Continue on Highway 287 to Jeffrey City, Lander, Fort Washakie, Crowheart, and Dubois. Highway 287/26 over Togwotee Pass to Moran. Turn Right into Grand Teton National Park. Drive 5 miles until you see Jackson Lake Lodge on your left.
By Plane:
Jackson Hole Airport (JAC) is a small airport serviced by Delta, United Airlines, and Northwest.
Please call Human Resources at 1-800-350-2068 to make arrangements to be picked up at the airport a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
Idaho Falls is 2 hours away
Salt Lake City is 4 hours away
If arriving into Idaho Falls (IDA) or Salt Lake City (SLC) airport, please refer to The Jackson Hole Express for schedule and reservations.
By Bus:
You can take the Greyhound bus to Salt Lake City or Idaho Falls.
The Jackson Hole Express travels from Salt Lake City to Idaho Falls to Jackson on a daily schedule. Please refer to The Jackson Hole Express for schedule and reservations.

What are the Employee Villages like?
Most employees live in dormitory style housing. Dorm rooms are mostly two person with a central bath. There are a few larger rooms that are designed for up to four people.
Jenny Lake Lodge staff live in separate cabins, with up to four people per cabin.
If my friend/fiancé/spouse is working also, may we live together?
Yes, you may live together. When you send in your Reply Notification, you may request a roommate. Remember, this person will be your roommate for the entire season.
Do you have RV sites for employees?
Yes, we have approximately 75 RV spaces. They vary in size from 28' to 50'. All RVs must be fully self-contained with hard sides. Please discuss your RV and the size of your RV with your Hiring Manager.
In order to live in the employee dorms or employee RV park all individuals must be employed by Grand Teton Lodge Company. Any exceptions may only be approved by the Vice President.
Is there Internet access?
Limited WiFi is available in the the Employee Villages at all locations and in the Employee RV Park.

Jackson is a small, quaint, remote tourist town that does not have all the amenities of a larger town. Jackson is the closest town at 45 miles away.
